Senior UX Designer
• Designed digital products across healthcare, banking and consumer technology.
​• Conducted in-depth user research, including user interviews, surveys and usability testing to identify pain points, user centred solution for myAster app (Healthcare). I worked for this app for 2.5 years.
• ​Designed critical web and mobile user journeys for a flagship banking app, facilitating seamless digital account opening, loan applications, and credit/debit card management. Owned the UX/UI architecture for high-impact features, including Aani (Instant Payment) and the Services Hub for Commercial Bank of Dubai (FinTech). I worked for this project for 6 months.
